Routes, devices, and streaming needs

VPNVW brings streaming acceleration and everyday cross-border access together in one subscription. Start by identifying the platform you want to use and the library region you need, then compare route types, device setup, and data usage. These factors are more useful for choosing a route than a single speed-test result.

Continuous playback · Buffering check · Alternative in the same region

Check continuous playback during peak hours

Streaming interruptions can come from your local Wi-Fi, congestion on international links, or the platform itself. VPNVW offers a choice of international routes. When selecting one, consider how dedicated, relay, and direct routes differ, then test continuous playback on your target platform. If buffering occurs, check your local network first, then try another route in the same region rather than switching library regions repeatedly. Route type is one factor to consider, not a guaranteed speed; your experience also depends on your connection, viewing time, and device settings.

120+ countries / 150+ routes

When choosing a service, check the practical details before the marketing claims: whether your platform offers the content you want in the target region, whether your devices can import the configuration correctly, whether the monthly data allowance fits your usage, and then the payment and refund arrangements. VPNVW subscriptions are structured around these usage needs; device count does not replace data allowance, and platform membership benefits are separate from network routes. For setup, read the Quick Start Guide. For questions about library regions, exit IPs, or playback errors, see the Streaming Guide.

Routes by region and library selection

Coverage includes 120+ countries / 150+ routes. The table below is a preview of popular regions, not a promise of availability on every platform. Cities, route names, and available types are subject to the current dashboard configuration.

Choose an exit region based on where you watch

If you know which region offers the title you want, select that region first, then test playback. Account region, payment region, and the exit region of your current route may be separate factors; switching routes does not automatically change your account’s region. If you do not have a specific library in mind, start with a region you use often and test it. Keep the route that reliably handles your actual tasks as your everyday option.

Understand route types by their paths

IEPL dedicated routes, relay routes, and direct connections describe different ways of organizing a network path. Dedicated routes focus on the path arrangement, relay routes connect through an intermediate node, and direct connections rely more directly on your access network’s international links. The route name alone does not prove picture quality or speed. Test with your local network and target platform, changing as few other conditions as possible when switching routes so you can identify the cause of an issue.

Monthly plan pricing and data options

Monthly plans are suited to regular use, with data resetting monthly on the day you activate the plan. Choose a tier based on combined usage for streaming, work, and other devices, then adjust based on actual use. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited plan data.

Monthly plan · 60GB

Resets monthly on your activation date

¥9.9 / month

For lighter cross-border access and occasional streaming. If you mostly browse, look things up, and sometimes watch video, consider whether this tier meets your everyday needs. For frequent high-definition streaming, keep a closer eye on the remaining data shown in your dashboard.

  • Includes 60GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 7-day no-questions-asked refund
Choose this plan

Monthly plan · 250GB

Resets monthly on your activation date

¥18 / month

For users who want to combine streaming with everyday browsing. If you use both computers and mobile devices, consider their combined data usage rather than looking at just one device. Picture quality, viewing frequency, and file transfer habits all affect whether this tier is a good fit.

  • Includes 250GB per month
  • Unlimited devices
  • 7-day no-questions-asked refund

Best value · Lowest per-GB price on a monthly plan

Monthly plan · 500GB

Resets monthly on your activation date

¥28 / month

For frequent video streaming and a heavier mix of cross-border tasks. This monthly plan has the lowest price per GB, but if your usage is light, there is no need to choose a higher tier just for the unit price. Check usage records in your dashboard instead of estimating from the number of devices.

Data packs: use them at your own pace; they never expire

¥158 / 300GB¥358 / 1000GB¥658 / 3000GB

If your usage is irregular and you want to pay based on actual consumption, compare the data packs. Data packs remain available until used and never expire; they are billed differently from monthly plans, which reset each month. Look beyond the payment amount: consider whether you use the service regularly and whether your monthly usage is consistent. Full details for both options are on the plans page. Confirm your selection in the dashboard.

Monthly data resets on your activation date, not on the first day of each calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days, so check the updated plan and validity details in your dashboard. Payments are supported via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. You can view your order in the dashboard after payment. Prices shown on the page are for comparison; refer to the dashboard for the actual order status. For billing or refund questions, submit the relevant order details in a support ticket.

Account, streaming, and refund FAQs

Before getting started, understand the differences between account requirements, device setup, and platform benefits. Here are some common questions; see the FAQ for more troubleshooting details.

Do I need an email address to create an account?

No email address is required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep a record of your username and use a unique password. Sign in through the user dashboard; the marketing site does not collect account passwords. After creating an account, check the plans and client download options. The “Start Free” button takes you to the getting-started page; plan prices and billing terms are listed on the plans page and in the dashboard.

Can I use unlimited devices without setting each one up separately?

Each device needs to be set up separately. VPNVW supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux and allows unlimited devices, but each one needs its own client, system permissions, and routing rules. Sign in to the dashboard, open the client section, and follow the setup steps for your operating system. Verify app access on every device; checking that you are signed in is not enough. Actual usage across all devices is still subject to your plan’s data allowance.

Will platform content and picture quality always be the same once connected?

Not necessarily. Streaming platforms determine available content and picture quality based on factors such as exit region, account benefits, content licensing, and device capabilities. A successful route connection only confirms that the connection is established; it does not mean the title is available in that region or include a platform membership. Check the library region before playing the title. If an error appears, note the message, selected region, and device setup to make troubleshooting easier.

How should I choose between a monthly plan and a data pack?

If your usage is consistent, compare monthly plans first: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date. If your usage is irregular, compare data packs that last until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Never-expiring data does not mean unlimited data, and unused monthly plan data is not kept indefinitely.

How do I request a refund or contact support?

VPNVW offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund. See the refund policy for eligibility requirements. Customer support is handled through dashboard tickets. If you need help, include your device operating system, route region, what you were doing, and the error message. For billing questions, provide your order details only; do not share your password or full subscription URL. For connection issues, save the exact error message and describe the steps you have already tried to help support investigate.

Network checks and usage guides

Choose an article based on the issue you are dealing with, from terminology to hands-on checks. Client status, app exit routes, and account benefits are separate layers; checking them individually is more effective than repeatedly changing settings.

If you are new to the service, start with the Quick Start Guide to set up your account, choose a plan, configure a client, and verify the connection. There is no need to change every advanced setting at the outset. For help understanding how streaming regions work, read the Streaming Guide; to check whether the connection is actually active, start by checking your app’s exit route. Keeping a repeatable sequence of troubleshooting steps can also make it easier to explain an issue to support. Articles explain how to assess a situation, while the dashboard handles accounts, orders, and configuration delivery; use each as the source for its respective information.
