This policy explains how VPNVW uses data when providing network acceleration subscriptions, managing accounts, and handling support requests. The marketing website, user panel, and network services serve different functions, and each has defined data uses. When using a third-party payment service, please also review that provider's privacy policy.
Account Details and How They Are Used
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. VPNVW uses your username to identify your account and securely verifies your password when you sign in. An email address is not required for registration. Do not include personal information unrelated to the service in your username or support tickets.
Your plan status, cumulative data usage, order records, and payment results are associated with your account and used to provide subscriptions, reconcile balances, and process refunds. If you submit a support ticket, your description of the issue and any screenshots you choose to provide help diagnose problems. Please conceal passwords, login credentials, and complete subscription links in screenshots to avoid giving others access.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling
VPNVW does not record which websites users access through its network services. It does not store browsing content, complete request URLs, or DNS query history, and does not maintain connection logs that could be used to trace an individual's browsing activity. Plan data measurements record cumulative usage only, not the websites or content associated with it.
Session state needed to maintain a connection is used only while handling that connection and is not retained as a historical connection log after it ends. Troubleshooting is limited to service errors and necessary technical status; browsing content is not collected for diagnosis. Diagnostic materials submitted by users are handled as support ticket information and are not routine network service logs.
Traffic Statistics and Browser Storage
Traffic statistics for the marketing website help us understand page views, referral sources, and device compatibility. They may include pages visited on this website, referring pages, browser type, and language. These statistics are separate from activity on international websites accessed through the network service. They are not used to build personal browsing profiles and should not contain passwords or subscription credentials.
Cookies and local storage may be used to maintain login status and save language preferences and essential interface settings. Login credentials are used to authenticate users in the panel, not as marketing labels. You can clear this data in your browser. After doing so, you may need to sign in again or reset your preferences, but this will not automatically delete account or order records stored on our servers.
Third-Party Payments and Necessary Disclosures
VPNVW supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment authorization and transaction processing are handled by the relevant payment provider or channel. VPNVW uses necessary details, such as order identifiers, amounts, and transaction status, to confirm receipt, provide subscriptions, and handle after-sales support. We do not ask users to submit payment account passwords in support tickets.
Payment providers independently process data related to their transactions; please refer to their policies for details. VPNVW does not sell account information. Relevant data is shared only as necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. Transaction records held by third parties are not automatically deleted when a VPNVW account is deleted.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account details are retained while the account is in use. Order and payment reconciliation records are kept for as long as needed to fulfill orders, process refunds, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and traffic statistics are retained only until their support or analysis purposes have been fulfilled. Retention periods vary by data type; this policy does not set a single unverified retention period.
Users can sign in to the panel and submit a request to access, correct, or delete account details through the support ticket portal. VPNVW will verify account ownership before processing the request and explain the types of information that must still be retained and why. Deletion may affect access to subscriptions, past order records, and future support, so please confirm the scope of your request first.
Policy Updates and Questions
Revisions will be published on this page, and the last-updated month will be changed accordingly. Important changes to the scope or purposes of data collection will be announced on the website or user panel. New uses of data should not be applied retroactively to previously collected information simply by changing this text. If separate authorization is required, users should be informed first.
