These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription service provided by VPNVW. Before creating an account, starting a subscription, or using a route, please read these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the relevant plan details. Service Scope
VPNVW provides international route subscriptions and access to client software for cross-border access and network acceleration. Coverage includes 120+ countries / 150+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The routes and connection configurations available to you are shown in the user panel.
The service provides network connectivity only. It does not include memberships, content licenses, or payment permissions for third-party platforms. When accessing international websites, you must still comply with the account, regional, and usage rules of each platform. Route exit locations and platform account regions are separate matters; a successful connection does not guarantee access to every content library or other restricted content.
Account and Device Use
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login credentials, subscription links, and imported configurations secure. Do not post them on public pages or let others use them. If you discover exposed credentials or unusual connections, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket to confirm the next steps.
There is no device limit for use on devices managed by the same user. This does not allow you to distribute your account to others. Reselling or renting subscriptions is prohibited, as is sharing an account or subscription configuration for independent use by others. You may not package the routes as a commercial access service for others. You are responsible for connection activity associated with your account.
Subscription and Data Rules
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Data bundles remain available until used and never expire. The two product types have different usage periods, so check the plan type, data allowance, and price before activation. See the plans page for full details; order information in the user panel is authoritative.
When you reach your data allowance or a monthly subscription expires, the corresponding service benefits are handled according to your plan status. Check your remaining data and validity status in the user panel; an old configuration saved in a client app alone does not confirm that your benefits are still active. Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. If you have questions about an order or data records, submit a support ticket for review.

Compliance Requirements
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are, as well as the service rules of the websites and apps you access. You may not use this service for illegal activities, including network attacks, fraud, distributing unlawful content, violating others’ rights, accessing systems without authorization, or stealing data.
Do not harm other users’ normal service by making malicious requests, abusing connections, or disrupting routes. Network connectivity does not change your responsibility for content, transactions, or actions. If you are unsure whether a use is lawful or authorized, verify this before proceeding.
Availability and Liability
Connection quality depends on your local network, device settings, international links, and the policies of the platforms you access. Maintenance, route changes, or third-party failures may cause temporary interruptions. VPNVW does not promise the same experience in every location or at all times, or on every third-party platform, and does not guarantee that specific content will always be accessible.
If you experience connection issues, first check your subscription status, client configuration, and local network, then submit the relevant troubleshooting details. VPNVW will assist based on information that can be verified. Keep copies of important materials. These terms do not exclude liability required by applicable law or limit rights you are entitled to under the law.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If you engage in illegal use, resale or sharing, malicious disruption of the service, or other serious violations of these terms, VPNVW may restrict relevant connections, suspend your account, or terminate its use. Protective measures may be taken first when necessary. If you dispute an action, submit an explanation and relevant records through a support ticket for review by the service.
These terms may be updated as the service or applicable rules change. Updated versions will be published on this page with the month of the latest update. Important changes affecting service benefits will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Please check for relevant notices. Disputes concerning existing orders will be handled with reference to the information provided at activation, the applicable terms, and legal requirements.
